This is the kernel driver for W83792D chip commonly found on server 
motherboards. This is an snapshot of driver that will work for older
2.6 kernels (From 2.6.12 and less, for 2.6.13 look in parent dir)

If you have an ASUS server board you might to have update the BIOS
if the chip is not detected.
